Having my dear sweet wife pass away recently, and needing for services of a viewing and funeral, then gravesite service performed; I have been so blessed to have it created and arranged by the staff and those at Berg Mortuary. I would like to especially recognize Randy at Berg Mortuary, as one who truly was a blessed gift to me. He asked and was genuinely interested in my wishes and desires as he helped in walking me through every part of the process, with compassion and love! He literally became a dear friend and confidant. I will be forever grateful for the attention and advise in every detail they performed. I receive exceptional help from beginning to end; even help of Randy working directly with the cemetery in fulfilling my particular desired headstone for her gravesite. They did all the work, leaving me to mourn for the loss of my wife and companion. Their kindness and love, was revealed to me in every detail of their serving me at this very tender time. I recommend Berg Mortuary after their care and consideration in the burial of my father and brother. The care, respect, dignity, excellence and personal service is beyond comparison. One of the positive experiences was being able to walk into their facility and have their staff take care of all the needs and answer our every question (and there were many). My father died in winter and they took it upon themselves to provide the "tent" at the cemetery for my family and my father's friends. They also provided the limo at no expense to us. Because of their on-site building we were able to assist in dressing my father and the same with my brother when he passed away. Their entire staff was kind and courteous to each of us and our questions. They respected our individual needs and were quick to reassure everyone. I have praise and admiration for Berg Mortuary. They are definitely a "friend of the family"-I know they are ours.

Over the course of the past few years, I have engaged the services of Berg Mortuary for the funerals of three family members. These were all expertly handled by the staff of the Berg facility in Provo, Utah. While the Provo building is such a grand, extremely well-maintained structure in which one feels very comfortable while enduring the generally difficult and trying experience of a viewing and funeral, it is the staff of the Berg Mortuary who make that experience as painless and as warmly memorable as possible. The entire staff, from the office people to the drivers, and especially the personal directors assigned to assist a family through the entire process, are as professional as they are courteous and gentle. They are each quick to recognize special circumstances and the needs of each family member, and treat everyone with extreme respect.
