Ada Rae Fazzio

–

Provo, Utah

Ada Rae Fazzio, loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, friend, etc. passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at UVRMC on September 8, 2017.
She was born on May 20th 1936 to Eva and John Smith in Price, Utah. She was the 8th of 11 children. She was raised in Price and surrounding areas. In 1954, she married the love of her life Samuel Fazzio Jr. They began their life together in Spring Glen, Utah. They later settled and made their family home in Provo, Utah where she remained until the end.
They were blessed with five children and Ada could not have been happier. She had always wanted a large family of her own, coming from quite a large family herself. Her children were her life and family was her first and most endearing love in this life- but please do not allow me to discredit her love of traveling, bowling, BYU football and boating on the waters of Lake Powell. The majority of her career was spent as a book-keeper at the family business, SDS Auto Center in Provo, where she enjoyed working with her husband and four sons.
Ada was loved and will be forever missed by all whom were lucky enough to have known her. She is preceded in death by her husband Samuel Fazzio Jr., a daughter Tina Marie Fazzio, a son Kenneth Lee Fazzio, and two grandchildren Scott Fazzio Jr. and Jeremiah Scott Fazzio. She is survived by three children Samuel Fazzio III, Kerry Lynn (Laura) Fazzio, and Ronald Scott (Patty) Fazzio, one daughter in-law Ranae Fazzio (Kenny), 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 12:00 noon, Friday, September 15, 2017 at the Provo City Cemetery, 610 South State Street, Provo, Utah. Condolences may be expressed at www.bergmortuary.com.
