Brayden Thomas English
April 24, 2002 - June 9, 2022
We mournfully announce the passing of Brayden Thomas English, at the young age of 20. He lived in Eagle Mountain, Utah with his sisters Ashlyn and Riley English, his brother Kyler English, his mom Jessica McCluskey, and stepdad Jeremy McCluskey. His sister Kaylie English, who was close to his heart, resides in Missouri. His father and stepfamily, Jordan and Amy English and Marie and Kalli Frazier lived in Missouri as well. Brayden passed away on June 9, 2022. Brayden, born to Jessica McCluskey and Jordan English took his first breath on April 24, 2002, in American Fork, Utah. Brayden was incredibly independent, strong willed, and just plain strong. His muscles were impressive, but his hair was fabulous. He could forge a knife in the forge he built himself, or weld a beam, like the one he worked on that holds up the Hyatt Regency. Brayden loved his current job welding for Vanderhall. He started his welding career at MTech where he learned how to weld. He came home with soot on his face and scars on his arms and told stories of welding upside down and overhead. Truly a talented boy. He would have continued to develop his skills to build airplanes. Brayden loved creating, whether it was music or metal or wood. He composed on the piano, violin, and cello. He loved the outdoors and exploring caves with his sisters. He was very intelligent in many subjects. You could ask him anything and talk for hours about String Theory, electricity, or anything you wanted. He knew so much about so many things. He talked and dreamed of a future family that he could teach and was designing artificial legs to help those who couldn’t walk. He had such a loving heart, but that didn’t stop him from being a killing machine in Population One, and other VR games. Life is rarely fair, and Brayden was delt many hardships but kept a smile on his face. We suspect complications from Type 1 Diabetes played a major role in his untimely passing. A celebration of Brayden’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 16, 2022 at the chapel located at 4105 East Smith Ranch Road, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84043. The viewing will be held at 9:30 a.m. at the same location. Following the service, Brayden to rest in the Pony Express Memorial Cemetery.
