DeAnn Hunter Dalton Obituary (1937

DeAnn-beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend passed away on March 9th, 2025 at 88 amazing years old. She is now reunited with loved ones. DeAnn was born February 4, 1937 in Provo, Utah to Oris LaMar Hunter & Della Stubbs. DeAnn had one brother Robert L. Hunter. She resided in both Provo and Salem. DeAnn is preceded in death by her parents, brother Robert (Bob) Hunter, two sons, Randy (Brenda) Johnson, Ryan (Kim) Johnson and daughter Bobbie Lynn Johnson. DeAnn is survived by her three children - Carla (Gary) Brinkhoff, Rick Johnson and Rodney Johnson, along with 12 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. DeAnn had a profound impact on everyone she met, she lit up the room. She will be remembered for her passion for board games, oil painting, crocheting, crafts and interior design, but mostly for her beautiful contagious smile. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 13, 2025 at the Berg Drawing Room Chapel, 185 East Center, Provo, Utah. The family will receive friends from 9:30-10:50 a.m. prior to services. Interment will follow in the Provo City Cemetery. Condolences may be extended at www.bergmortuary.com.
