Hermine Rowley Harvey Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Hermine Rowley Harvey, 90, passed away from this life peacefully on November 2, 2021. Hermine was born on January 18, 1931 in Orem, Utah to David Lyman Rowley and Clara Luella Steiner. She grew up in Orem on her family’s farm. She loved doing crafts, sewing, quilting and crocheting. She loved her family with all her heart and was always there for anyone who needed her. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many various callings including Relief Society President. Hermine married Donald L Harvey on October 6, 1948 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. Their years together brought them 5 daughters, 23 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren. She is survived by her children Carolyn (Ken) Harmon, Connie (Austin) Butler, Colleen Goodliffe, Sharon Harvey and Dawn (Gary) Nelson. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald L Harvey, her parents, 6 siblings, granddaughter, Tonya Butler and great-grandson, Richard Hughes. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 12, 2021 at the Provo Peaks Chapel, 1456 East 300 North, Provo, Utah. Friends may call at the Berg Mortuary of Provo, 185 East Center Street, Thursday, November 11, from 6-7:30 p.m. and at the church Friday from 9:30-10:45 a.m. prior to services.
