June 7, 1993 - November 1, 2021
It is with great sadness and sorrow in our hearts that we acknowledge the passing of Jensen Gage Harvey, who died unexpectedly the afternoon of November 1, 2021. Jensen was born to a loving family on June 7, 1993 in Louisville, Kentucky. He transplanted to Utah at the young age of 10 and resided there until the time of his death. Jensen will be remembered for the passion he brought to everything. He had an immense love for nature and the outdoors and could often be found fishing and hiking with family and friends. Jensen was quite fond of music and the fine arts. He loved Football and enjoyed watching and playing sports. Jensen was charismatic and genuinely loved people. Full of wonder and always playful he would greet you with that smile that we all came to love and know. Children especially adored hanging out with Jensen because every moment became extraordinary. All that knew him will miss his rich laugh, wicked sense of humor, and his unforgettable smile. Jensen met Cynthia Sueldo when they were both in the 6th grade. She would become his best friend and the love of his life and world, as they shared the remainder of his life together. They were soulmates, that made each other whole. He taught her the importance of being present, loving entirely, and forgiveness. They loved unconditionally, purely, and passionately. Jensen will forever be part of Cynthia. Cynthia’s large extended family accepted Jensen as one of their own with all the love he brought to their family and to Cynthia. He was a protector, a listening ear, and always brought fierce competition to every sport. Jensen carried his heart on his sleeve; he loved deeply and never hesitated to make you feel like you were the most important person in the world. Jensen was an amazing and thoughtful uncle to all the kiddos. He was loyal and strong. Jensen was blessed to be surrounded by a loving, supportive family, especially his mother, Katie and his brother, Braedon. To his mother, Jens was her ray of sunshine. To his brother, Braedon, Jensen was his hero and comrade in all things of mischief. Jens and Braedon could often be found on the golf course, poking fun at each other and wrestling around. They were inseparable from birth and competitive it all things: two halves of the same coin. Jensen was fortunate to have the love and support of his uncles and grandparents, who helped raise and nurture him. We cherish the experiences we had together and will miss him greatly until we meet again. Jensen was well loved and will be missed by many. This world will echo his absence as it will not be the same without his smile, his laughter and beautiful person. This world will not be the same without him. We will live in remembrance of our sweet Jensen and the beautiful example of true love he brought to us all. As we remember to smile and love as Jensen did, we will carry on his love and playful spirit, and bring delight to others as they will see the beauty and joy that this world has to offer. Services will be held at 12 pm, Saturday, November 13, 2021 at the LDS Chapel located at 114 South 400 West, Orem, UT 84058. Family and friends are invited to a luncheon and Celebration of Life after the funeral at 2 pm at Vivian Park, 6828 North Southfork Road, Provo, UT 84604.
