Joyce Fausett Long was born a few minutes after her twin Joy on September 10, 1940 in Nephi, Utah to Dean Albert and May Muhlestine Fausett. Joyce died peacefully with her family by her side on July 6, 2017 in Spanish Fork, Utah. She lived with her daughter Debbie Long Beaumont. She loved spending time her family and having family reunions, singing around the campfire and enjoying the old stories that everyone told. She was an artist at crocheting doilies, quilting bedspreads, and sewing clothes--you name it, she could make it. She never needed a pattern. She also worked as a sewing machine operator. She loved listening to music, especially country. Joyce was very loved and will be greatly missed by all of her family. Families are forever. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob R. Long and sons, LeeRoy, Bobby and Melvin. She is survived by her children, Debbie Long (John) Beaumont and Billy Joe (Betsy) Long; siblings, Bert (Gae) Fausett, Darlene (Byron) Major, Margaret Fausett, Dean Berne (Margie) Fausett, Joy (Ken) Markham, Jack ( Shelba) Fausett, Linda (Kurt) Roundy and Danny (Zola) Fausett; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at the Provo City Cemetery, 610 South State Street, Provo, Utah. Friends may call at the Berg Mortuary of Provo, 185 East Center Street, from 9:30-10:45 a.m. prior to services at the cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at www.bergmortuary.com.
