Kelvin Jeddy Crane Obituary (1953

Kelvin Jeddy Crane, 65 of Orem Utah died January 26, 2019. Born October 11, 1953 in Stockton, California, he was the son of the late John and Mary Badger Crane. When Kelvin was 6 years old the family moved to a 200 acre ranch they named “The Big C” near Sams Valley in Southern Oregon. Kelvin was a cute little boy, very curious about everything. His sense of humor sometimes got him into trouble. His favorite animals were cats, and on the farm there were always more than one for him to play with. He loved playing board games, watching good movies, and reading. As a teenager, he had a job working at the movie theater in Medford, Oregon. He was good at his job, and was trusted to take the deposits to the bank. Kelvin graduated from Central Point High School, and attended Shasta College, near Redding, California. He had a desire to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and was called to the Washington Seattle Mission. Kelvin also served in the US Air force for a time. Kelvin and Terrie Williams fell in love and were married in Provo, Utah on November 21, 1987. He was happiest when he and Terrie could spend time together. As her health needs increased he became her devoted husband and caregiver. Kelvin had a unique sense of humor, and enjoyed a good laugh at anyone’s jokes. He is survived by his wife, Terrie; sisters, Sandra Jensen, Diana Record, and Chloris Mullins; and brother, Fred Crane. A memorial service for Kelvin will be held at a later date.
