Margene Hall Jolley

Margene Hall Jolley passed away quietly at her home in Provo, Utah, on October 4, 2014, surrounded by her children. She was born on March 3, 1943, to Clyde Hall and Clara Colton Hall. She graduated from Uintah High School as Co-Valedictorian in 1961. She married her high school sweetheart, Kirk Jolley, on January 15, 1965, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Margene has 6 children; Michele Davis, Jeff Jolley, Suzanne Morris, Jennifer Fullmer, Jaime Bickford, and Melissa Trewartha. She has 18 grandkids and 6 great-grandkids. She is also survived by her 3 younger brothers; Brent Hall, Ned Hall, and Steven Hall. She lost her dear husband in an automobile accident in 1994; just shy of 29 years of marriage. Margene had many talents, including singing, piano, cross-stitching and her latest passion of quilting. She spent the first part of her life raising her six children. She then stepped into the professional arena and worked for Covey Leadership Center and the Foundation for Ancient Research and Mormon Studies. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and had served in many callings. Funeral services will be held at the Grandview East Stake Center, 1081 West 1060 North, Provo, Utah, on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside services will follow later that afternoon in the Vernal Cemetery, 1700 South Vernal Avenue, Vernal, Utah.
