Paul Kendall

Paul A. Kendall, age 80, passed away on December 3, 2012 in Mapleton, Utah. He was born in Provo on January 18, 1932 to Thurston and Merl Allman Kendall. He graduated from Provo High School then served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. On February 21, 1957 he married Voneal Roundy. On December 14, 1964 they were sealed for time and all eternity. Together they had 4 children. He worked for Granite Furniture for over 30 years, and lived in Provo until 1989 before moving to Mapleton. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Paul loved hunting, fishing the Provo River, playing dominos, and camping with family and friends. He was a very generous and loving father. He is survived by his children: Cindy Kendall, Mapleton, Todd P. (Kathy) Kendall, Springville, Alan R. (Lora) Kendall, Pleasant Grove, and Craig N. (Ann) Kendall, Columbia Falls, Montana; 8 grandchildren, and 1 great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his wife Voneal and brother Reed Kendall. The family would like to thank Paul's daughter, Cindy, for her care and service the past three years. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 8, 2012 at the Mapleton White Church, 31 West Maple (Corner Maple & Main), Mapleton, Utah. Friends may call at the church Friday evening from 6 until 8 and Saturday from 9:30-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Provo City Cemetery.
