Nichole (Nikkie) Frankie Karen Olsen Obituary (1993

Nichole (Nikkie) Frankie Karen Olsen, 29, of Salt Lake City, Utah, was born on July 22, 1993 in Payson, Utah. She grew up and attended school in Springville, Utah. She later moved to Salt Lake City, where she was tragically taken from us on November 20, 2022. Nichole married Roberto Esparza in June 2013. They had one child (10), Santino, whom was the light of her life. The two later divorced in August 2018. She is survived by her mother, Brenda Olsen, her father, Stacy Gabbitas and self-adopted father, Tony Canterberry, her love, Matthew Hightower, and her son, Santino. She is also survived by her brother and sister in law, Cody and Misty Olsen and sister, Evette (Lanie) Olsen, her grandparents and many others. She was preceded in death by her cousin/sister, Shandy Mae (Olsen) Contreras. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 1, 2022 at the Berg Drawing Room Chapel, 185 East Center Street, Provo, Utah. A viewing will be held in her honor for family and friends at the mortuary Wednesday, November 30, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 9:30-10:45 a.m. prior to services.
